Plan the week before you open Instagram

The calendar is not a diary. It is the only place you see the gaps before your followers do.

Sociomator queue: every story already has a time. No more “I’ll post tonight if I remember”.

Most accounts die on Tuesday. Not from a lack of ideas: from a lack of time on Monday night to crop, write and send. You open the camera, post whatever is on the roll, and the feed starts looking like a junk drawer.

Newsrooms that last do the opposite. They close the phone on Sunday, lay down seven slots, and leave them alone. An empty slot is not a failure — it is a hole you can still fill. An overloaded day is not ambition. It is how you train people to scroll past you.

The useful rule is not “post every day”. It is “never improvise the lunch slot”. The hours that work are boring: 8am, 12:30, 6pm. What changes the result is having already picked the picture and the caption the day before. A tired brain chooses badly. A Sunday brain chooses better.

In Sociomator, Stories and the calendar show exactly that: what goes out, at what time, and what is missing. You fill the gaps before they show. You slide a post if a day gets heavy. You stop bargaining with yourself at 7pm.

If you only have one hour this week, do only that. Import the visuals, drop them on three days, leave the rest empty. An honest calendar beats an improvised feed, every time.
